Dear, Petunia: Lady Gaga has worn a strictly plush hello kitty toy dress in a photo shoot once for Royal T's hello kitty exhibit, the pictures above show a head dress made of kid robot toys- not a dress- not hello kitty- so it might look similar but is definitely not "exactly like that".
