To enter, post a picture of yourself holding a STOP SMORKIN’ sign in public on our Stop Smorkin’ Flickr group. Three winners will be selected for largest sign, most visual traffic and most creativity on Monday, May 24 at 12p EST. Hang out in the park, near a busy intersection, on your roof or in your local grocery store and make the message loud and clear that smoking is bad.

I can't get into the stop smorkin' group. I am signed in and everything, it just brings me to a page that says "This group is not available to you" when i click the link.
