Animated musical all-stars, the Gorillaz are back in action with a new album, Plastic Beach and a 3D enhancement in their videos. The 15 track ensemble includes some great collaborations with Snoop Dogg, Mos Def, De La Soul and Lou Reed, as well as a cameo by Bruce Willis in the Stylo video. But for now enjoy this 15 minute short including 2 of their new videos, Stylo and On Melancholy Hill.

yeah the album has been out for a while.
Their website says it drops on 8/3/10 in UK and 9/7/10/. Maybe that's the actual physical cd release date. Weird.

Kidrobot, it did drop on 8/3/10 in the UK, but you have to keep in mind that that's a different date format than the one we use in the US, UK uses dd/mm/yyyy, we use mm/dd/yyyy.. So it is 3/8/10 here, and 8/3/10 there. ;)
