I remember seeing this art in some old graffiti magazine, or online, I think SEEN did it for the NY vandal squad or something to that effect that back in the 80's, ie. the police, like it is a killer train eating the paint cans for them. It is super ill to see it made as a toy.
I will try to find that article now.
