I thought photoshoping was not allowed? the 1st place winner is clearly photoshoped i live in nyc and that screen dose not show people on the street and they clearly photoshoped ninja inc on the side of the tv screen, they should be disqualified.

Actually Times Square has this thing called 15 seconds of Fame. It lets anyone put they're picture on that large screen for 15 seconds. It's not photoshoped. Google it.
