The piece itself was a special figure for artist Brandt Peters as he reminisced on his 2014 collaboration wth DC’s artistic elite to illustrate Harley Quinn in DC Comic’s Harley Quinn Holiday Special #1: Get Yer Cheer Outta My Ear.
