Banksy Takes to the Big Screen

The Sundance Film Festival is used to showing unknown artists but an anonymous one is a first. This year in Utah, Banksy, the most elusive and nefarious graffiti legend, just debuted EXIT THROUGH THE GIFT SHOP. This documentary gone awry includes a handful of graffiti artists (Andre, Space Invader, OBEY just to mention a few) and turns the camera on a French film maker trying to document the trials and tribulations of “getting up”.

Check out banksyfilm.com for a sneak peek, and for a bit more about this film’s unconventional techniques, check out this review.
