Recently, DC area art gallery, Art Whino, opened their exhibition “Mortal Plush” displaying the talents of over 60 artists. All the plush toys are hand crafted beauties ranging in size from tiny to massive. The collection includes work from all over the world, including some by artists Chris Creatures, Stitches and Glue, Dolls for Friends, Licorice Tree and Yanique Moore.

During the opening, there was a performance by Henry Mills and DJ Fleg who make up the Helicopters and Vultures. There was also a breakdance performance with dancers from the crews 4F (Flying Fists From the Floor) and New York’s Breaks Kru.
