It is a transport vehicle and does not show up on the scene of critical situation. It is requested all the time from Parents and kids alike who need to go get distances for care. The inside has all kind of things to make themselves comfortable from movies to games.
Imagine having a kid at home hooked up to machines and neededing to transport them a distance greater thasn you as a parent can really afford or handle.

I have kids. Hospitals are scary places where people poke you with needles. I get it.
