Tattoo artist Scott Campbell is famous for his work on skin. Recently, he decided to bring his skills to the most exclusive of clients: Mr. Washington. This was all part of Campbell’s “Make it Rain” exhibition at OHWOW gallery in Miami, Florida.

while i really like how they look, i'd be far more impressed if they hadn't been laser etched…..it's not the artist's hand that creates the final product…..but they do look bad ass……
